Our cellar holds more than 900 wines, sourced from an interconnected community of makers across France, Spain, Italy and Australia. All are produced from organic or biodynamic vineyards, without any synthetics, additions or preservatives.
Many are from the Mesa Wine portfolio, curated by owner Tom Van Beem. Tom works with a handful of small producers making very limited quantities, and we work closely together to support their longevity and growth.
We also work with a range of friends – other importers and local producers – and the cellar runs deep with thoughtfully collected back vintages.
We also hand-source a range of other types of drinks, from artisanal beers and ciders to innovative liquors and non-alcoholics; all made with the same commitment to good practices and exceptional taste.
