Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, kitchen is open until 9pm. On Sundays, the kitchen closes at 8pm.

Wines of While is a wine bar, restaurant and shop in Boorloo/Perth, on Whadjuk Noongar Country in Western Australia. Under head chef Jack Short, our ever-changing menu draws on the flavours, techniques and honest simplicity of home kitchens and local restaurants across the Mediterranean.

We work with winemakers, artisans and farmers who produce wines and other drinks with care for land and a fixation on energy, flavour and finesse. These products are sourced mainly from Europe and Australia, through close relationships with their makers – for many of whom, their work represents a dedicated continuation of the time-honoured crafts of their families, villages and regions. Others are championing alternative approaches to winemaking and farming in their location. All share a love of the convivial and communal nature of good wine and food, and value the table as a place to gather. It's this ethos we aim to offer our own community.
