Join us for an evening with Sam Vinciullo — the farmer, the grower, the vigneron, the poet. With Sam drawing wines from his cellar, this special list takeover presents a rare opportunity to taste his almost always sold out back vintages side by side. He’ll also be bringing lovingly-reared, freshly picked produce from his garden in Margaret River to be put to use in our kitchen.

Alongside Sam, we welcome a very special guest from the expanded Wines of While family, Nonna Sissi, whose gnocchi is a heaven-sent staple for those in her orbit. For one night only, Sissi will make her gnocchi in our kitchen for you all — the perfect complement to Sam’s highly drinkable yet complex wines. Plates from chef Blake Ellis using Sam’s vegetables will round out the menu.

This is a double-header for the ages, timed for maximum enjoyment before the Easter long weekend. We will be closed on Easter Friday.
