(A Weekend With Manzé)
Saturday 18 & Sunday 19 May
We are so excited to welcome to the west our dear friend Nagesh Seethiah, owner and smiling face behind the pass at one of our favourite restaurants: Manzé, in North Melbourne.
Recently named in the Top 25 restaurants in Melbourne by Gourmet Traveller, awarded One Hat by Good Food Guide, and featured by The New York Times, Manzé is a Mauritian restaurant serving the food of Nagesh's childhood memories.
We’ve been wanting to get Nagesh to Perth for a few years now, thinking his food translates beautifully to our climate and our Indian Ocean outlook. He’s joining us for a whole weekend – details below!

(About: Manzé)
Manzé is a restaurant in North Melbourne serving Mauritian food and natural wine, co-owned by Nagesh Seethiah, contemporary artist Jason Phu and culture journalist Osman Faruqi. One of Melbourne's most talked-about recent openings, and quite possibly Australia's most high-profile Mauritian restaurant, Manzé is a place where creativity, identity and (very, very good) cooking meet.
Each dish is packed with flavour and a story, and is prepared with meticulous care and a passion that extends across every facet of the restaurant. It was one of the first restaurants we visited when we moved to Melbourne, in the thick of winter, and the warmth and welcome it offered stuck with us. Tom also went on to do a few rockstar shifts on the floor, so it’s only natural we’d reunite for more.
See here Manzé sample menu.
