2022 Scintilla Mountain Pinot

Allowed to soak a further seven days after end of primary fermentation. Pressed and siphoned to old oak puncheons and blended in late spring.

2021 Gemini Castor
Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot
Peramangk CountryAdelaide Hills

Gemini vintner Simon Amber comes at winemaking from the fruit rather than the glass, with exceptional ability in the vineyard thanks to years honing the craft working with Mon and Tim at Manon Farm. Simmo is making some of the most energetic and nourishing wines in Australia, with an absolute light touch. This one is an assemblage of Cabernet Sauvignon two-month whole-bunch carbonic maceration, rosato of Cabernet Sauvignon, and a light five-day co-ferment of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Aged in old barrels for eight months, and another 18 months in bottle. It offers plush and generous black fruit, fresh with fine tannins. Drink cool but not cold.

2021 Limus Eumerella
Pinot Noir
Boandik Country – Mount Gambier

Another wine that showcases the unique character of Limus’ wonderful fruit and terroir, as well as Kyatt’s farming prowess. It gives opulent red fruit flavours cut with well-structured, smooth tannins to make a brooding, powerful, and mineral-driven wine.
