A fresh take on Sam's iconic Sauvignon Blanc, from the first release of wines from his new farm after many years working his vineyard at Treeton Estate. It's a generous orange wine from a warmer year, super juicy and textural from its one week on skins. Fresh spice and ripe peach notes. Sweet and savoury. Delicious – as always.

2022 Limus Tidal White
Boandik Country – Mount Gambier

Short maceration Semillon with a splash of Riesling from Kyatt and Anna. Textural and fruity white with notes of stone fruit, dried apricot, coastal herbs with a saline mineral core. Very versatile with food and highly drinkable!

Velvety and succulent like a peach, this wine is a true field blend: a collective ferment of most of the white grapes grown by Mon and Tim on Manon Farm. Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc with a little dash of Savagnin macerated together for about 10 days before being pressed off to old barrels and clay eggs.

We deliver all orders weekly on Fridays. Free local delivery for orders over $150. The cut-off to ensure you receive your order is 12pm Friday.
